What are the fees for registration?
Registration fees vary depending on your status and the time of registration, please refer to the registration information page: 

The registration fee for the Conference includes: 

 

  • · Access to all scientific sessions 
  • Access to the exhibition area 
  • Refreshments served during coffee breaks and lunches (dates) 
  • Welcome reception (date) 
  • Certificate of attendance (after the Conference) 
Please check your junk/spam folder, if you cannot locate it please reach out sending an email to wtc2027reg@aimgroup.eu and inquire about your registration status. Should the registration not have been successfully submitted, you will be prompted to go through the registration process once again.

The invoice will be automatically issued upon successful submission of your registration. If you cannot locate it, please check your junk/spam folder before reaching out to wtc2027reg@aimgroup.eu

 

If you have already paid your registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration and receipt of payment. In case you have not completed the payment, you will receive the email containing information regarding the pending payment. Please be aware that the registration will be considered confirmed only after the full payment of the outstanding amount is received.

 

If you have requested a visa invitation letter, please note that it will only be issued after receipt of full payment of the registration costs.

Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance by email after the conference.
If you need to make any changes/updates to an existing registration, please send a detailed email, including your reference number, to wtc2027reg@aimgroup.eu. The Organising Secretariat will be happy to assist you.

Please note that you must notify the Organising Secretariat in writing by email to wtc2027reg@aimgroup.eu.

 

Depending on the moment of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply – please refer to the extract from the Registration Terms & Conditions below:

 

The WTC applies the following refund policy:

 

If you are not able to attend the Conference and would like to transfer your registration to another person, please contact the Organising Secretariat at wtc2027reg@aimgroup.eu Transfer is subject to the approval of the WTC and administrative fees may apply. 

DIrectly linked to the hotel .. If you would like to book a hotel accommodation to your existing registration, please send a detailed email to WTC2027reg@aimgroup.eu, including your reference number, check in and check out dates, room type, and preferred hotel.

Please note that different conditions apply for your hotel booking. You must notify the Organising Secretariat in writing by email to WTC2027reg@aimgroup.eu.
