Check if you need a visa to travel to Belgium: Belgium is part of the Schengen Zone. Please check in advance if your passport requires a visa to enter the Schengen Zone.
Requesting an Invitation Letter: You can request an official visa invitation letter directly during the online registration process.
Payment Requirement: Please note that the invitation letter will only be issued after your registration has been successfully completed and fully paid.
Visa Application: In most cases, you can only officially start your visa application process once you have completed your Congress registration.
Visa Guarantee Scheme (Refund Policy):
- If your visa application is officially refused, you can obtain a refund of your registration fee (minus a €25 administrative charge), provided that you submit official proof of your visa rejection from the embassy or consulate.
All visa-related refund requests must be submitted no later than 16 April 2027.
