Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bhutan, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Guatemala, Iceland, Kenya, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Lesotho, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Papua New Guinea, Serbia.
To qualify for the Category III Countries rate, participants must provide proof of current residence in one of the listed countries. Accepted documents include a residence card, official residence permit, a signed letter from your employer confirming your place of work and residence, or other equivalent documents.
Nationality alone does not qualify — residence is required.
