ABSTRACT SUMISSION GUIDELINES

 

  • Abstracts must be submitted via the submission portal by the deadline, 24 May 2026 23:59 CEST.
  • Abstracts must be between 200 and 350 words to be considered for acceptance. This word count applies strictly to the body text and excludes the title, author names, and affiliations.
  • Title Requirement: Maximum 25 words. The title must be a clear and accurate reflection of the abstract’s focus.
  • The presenting author must certify that all authors have agreed to the submission of the abstract.
  • Abstracts must be written in English, with a preference for British English spelling and grammar.
  • An abstract that presents only speculative results or serves as an advertisement for commercial products or services will not be considered.
  • Abstracts must not contain political statements, opinions, or commentary. Content must remain strictly scientific and objective in nature.
  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts you may submit. Selection for publication is based on scientific quality and relevance of content.

In the submission portal, follow the instructions to create your submission profile. You will then be provided instructions on how to submit your abstract. You may log into the submission platform at any time to view or edit your abstract(s) up until its final submission. Once submitted, no edits are possible.

 

 

ABSTRACT REVIEW PROCESS

 

  • The Scientific Committee will conduct a review of the submitted abstracts.  Discrepancies will be resolved by the Scientific Committee Core Team.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to all authors by 05 July 2026.
