REGISTRATION PORTAL
Congress registration will open in September 2026.
The Early Bird registration deadline is 15 January 2027.
The ITA WTC2027 registration portal offers two options: Individual Registration and Group Registration. Individual Registration is intended for participants who register themselves (and, if applicable, their accompanying persons). Group Registration is intended for organisations that register five or more delegates under one booking and benefit from a discounted group rate.
For Group Registrations, one dedicated contact person is required to complete the registration on behalf of the group. This person will enter all details for each delegate in the group and will act as the main contact person for all communication regarding the group registration, including confirmations, changes and payment arrangements.

Accommodation
The Organising Committee has pre‑booked a selection of hotel rooms in Antwerp at advantageous rates for WTC2027 participants.
